Generally, there space at ground level is for gallery, meanwhile, that at first floor and underground floor is for studios. 

There are three stairs, one spiral stair and one outdoor stair link the first floor and the ground floor, and one spiral stair connects the underground level to the ground.

Moreover, there are two glass floors which can give interaction between the ground and underground level, and those glass walls at first level make the sight in studios deeper, in other words, people can see the underground level though the glass wall and floor.
